The Colonnade is located on 40 acres in Surprise, Arizona, the fastest growing city in the West Valley. As the only Life Care Community within Sun City Grand, The Colonnade residents receive recreational membership benefits to all of Sun City Grand's recreation centers in addition to the services and amenities offered at The Colonnade's Recreation Village.

From Deer Valley Airport - Turn west onto Deer Valley Rd. and left onto 7th Ave. - go 1.0 mile. Turn right onto Beardsley Rd. - go 0.1 mile, enter AZ 101 Loop going west - go 9.7 mile. Take the Bell Rd. exit -Exit 14- and turn right onto Bell - go 6.5 mile. Turn right onto Grand Ave.-US 60 - go 1.5 mile, turn left on Reems Rd. - go 0.2 mile, turn right on Mountain View Blvd. - go 0.2 mile, turn right on Colonnade Way - go 0.2 mile, arrive at 19116 Colonnade Way (on left side of road, look for the Clock Tower)
