Requirements for Residency

To become a resident of La Loma Village, applicants must be at least 55 years of age and be capable of living independently. A medical examination is required to assess physical and mental status and documentation is required to assess ability to meet the entrance fee and monthly service fee requirements. The medical information is received and reviewed by a nurse manager and the financial information is sent directly to the finance manager. An applicant’s medical and financial information is kept confidential.

Life Care Communities in the State of Arizona are regulated and licensed by The Department of Insurance for the State of Arizona.
