Canvassing more than 40 acres in Sun City Grand is the magnificent Colonnade life care community. Developed in response to the desires of area active adults, the Colonnade gives residents the freedom to live life how they choose with the security of life care for future needs. With Phase I of our upscale, gated community complete and the second phase in progress, it won’t be long before the Colonnade vision is complete. When finished, the Colonnade will boast 358 residences including casitas, villas and town homes.

The Colonnade is owned and operated by Sun Health Senior Living. With sincere devotion to the residents of their communities, Sun Health Senior Living has devised a strategic plan for growth and development that reflects minimal impact on the current residents of the Colonnade. The detailed master plan below demonstrates how the construction will unfold at the community.

On the above phase plans you will notice that the development plan is to build away from occupied residents. This strategy allows the construction to take shape with minimal disruption to our residents. To help buffer the impact on daily life, strategically placed fences, berms and other landscape features will serve to reduce the impact as will construction techniques designed to control dust and noise as much as possible. “Construction only” road entrances will also help to significantly cut down on noise from truck traffic.

Each new phase of the Colonnade brings with it something new and exciting. Whether it is new friends and neighbors or new amenities, Colonnade residents have a lot to look forward to. Pioneer residents will have the greatest advantage as they share their thoughts and ideas that will help shape the future of our community.
