The Colonnade is located on 40 acres in Surprise, Arizona, the fastest growing city in the West Valley. As the only Life Care Community within Sun City Grand, The Colonnade residents receive recreational membership benefits to all of Sun City Grand's recreation centers in addition to the services and amenities offered at The Colonnade's Recreation Village.

From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - Take I-10 West - go 14.3 mile to Loop 101 North - go 8.9 mile and exit at Grand Ave.-US 60. Turn left onto Grand-US 60 - go 8.0 mile, turn left on Reems Rd. - go 0.2 mile, turn right on Mountain View Blvd. - go 0.2 mile, turn right on Colonnade Way - go 0.2 mile, arrive at 19116 Colonnade Way (on left side of road, look for the Clock Tower)
